M. Carroll

General Real Estate Appraiser

Kathleen M. Carroll has been a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since licensing became mandatory in 1992. She is the President/CEO of Metro Appraisal Service, which was originally established under a former owner in 1940. Over the years Kathleen has performed thousands of appraisals of residential, commercial and industrial properties for a myriad of clients. In addition to her appraisal qualifications, Kathleen has an extensive accounting background which includes a B.S. in Accounting (C.W. Post / Long Island University) and holds an enrolled agent (E.A) designation given by IRS. Because of her accounting background, Kathleen has a clear understanding of the many tax related purposes that are involved in appraisals.

Patricia M.F. Russo

Patricia has over 25 years of banking experience which includes management, client service and debt service. She has an MBA in Business Admin from St. John’s University and also has experience as a business owner. Patricia is a NYS licensed assistant appraiser and has increasing experience and knowledge in residential and commercial appraisals. This includes inspection and report preparation that is required to obtain her general certification.

Judette Jean Louis

Judette Jean Louis is a seasoned Financial expert with over twenty years in banking, including senior management, personal and business banking and mortgage lending. Judette is a NYS licensed appraiser assistant working towards her certified general certification. Judette is also currently working toward her Masters Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Dennis R. Carroll

Dennis R. Carroll has over 45 years experience in appraising, valuing, buying, selling and auctioning gold and silver, jewelry and coins, art work, collectibles and personal property. Dennis holds a Fine Arts degree from Queens College and has taught a valuation class at C.W. Post/Long Island University.
